NULU isn’t just a knife; it’s a mission. Born from a simple yet powerful idea—to help people regain and maintain independence—NULU was designed for those with upper extremity limitations but offers benefits for everyone.

As a disabled Army veteran and lifelong cooking enthusiast, I understand how small tools can make a big difference. Traditional knives are often inaccessible to people with arthritis, MS, or other conditions. NULU’s unique cutting geometry was crafted to adapt to the user’s needs, not the other way around.

This journey has been about more than creating a product; it’s been about building a movement. Alongside a team of seasoned entrepreneurs, many over 50 and veterans themselves, we’re working to bring this tool to market and make cooking safer, easier, and more empowering.
